Our standard delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your location and the product availability.

You will receive an email confirmation and tracking details once your order is processed.


💵 4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE. You can pay when the order arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment needed.


🔄 5. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, absolutely! We offer easy returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
